Well, she's not much of a political figure, but she's a Winter Court fae with 'Drowning' as a domain. So, water and death seem to be her specialties.

Any idea what I can expect from her temperament wise?

It sounds like both the Count and the Lady of the Lake are here on orders as opposed to personal interest. The Lady seems like the type who is mostly just interested in self gratification, so I wouldn't expect to be able to bargain with her.

The most valuable thing to someone like that is being entertained.

Entertained... So... Say I were to invade her space... Do you think she's more likely to sit back and watch someone else do the fighting for her? Or will she take a more hands on approach.

It probably depends on which seems like more fun to her. That's not very helpful, I know, but it really just comes down to what she decides she wants in the moment.

She's not afraid to exert herself, though.

Well this is all more than I knew about her two minutes ago, so, it is pretty helpful, actually.

Maybe... Maybe I can use the narrative to help convince her to watch starting out, rather than participate? At least at first. Like, if I were to challenge Lapis or Jasper or Malachite to a fight... I could strike and destabilize them both while her guard is somewhat lowered.
