[Left at the Ringmaster's cabin is a origami dragon with a note:]

Ringmaster,

You said not to buy you anything which makes sense, so I folded a dragon! I know it doesn't look like you but it's the only one I know how to make.

You really want the carnival to be something that makes people happy, right? I spoke to the Summer Maiden after you left, and she told me a little bit about what you two did before. I promise I'm keeping it a secret! I haven't told anyone.

But I want to say that I believe in you. You care about us, and you don't mean for things to happen this way. I guess you can't always help it. And I know it's hard making so many people happy. Maybe we don't have it perfect yet, but we can figure it out.

I hope you have a lot of fun like the rest of us will. You deserve it too!
